Scanlouvers A/S is a family based trading- and production company specialized as component suppliers for the lighting industry. Supported by a range of the worlds leading suppliers of lighting components Scanlouvers A/S strive to be on the forefront of new and interesting solutions – and we love what we do.
The company started more than 25 years ago as suppliers of plastic louvers for the Scandinavian market where we distributed cut-to-size louvers to OEMs. From there the product range has evolved into a wide array of solutions within plastics, electronics and accessories, and we are proud to be working with an extensive group of OEMs and wholesalers in the north of Europe.
We believe in “the customer” as the focus for everything we do, and we take pride in giving the best possible service to all of our partners. We always work long-term in close contact with the development- and purchasing departments.
We understand that our part in the production process, however small it might be, is important for the overall success of the final product, and hence we aim to always deliver “Just-In-Time” with short lead times - we keep the promises we make!
Our competences are a blend of technical experience mixed with commercial understanding. This allows us to be an active partner in the application of our products and at the same time appreciating the competitive environment we operate in.
We hold stock of a large number of finished and semi-finished components, and if we don’t have what our customers ask for we can usually find it through our extensive network of suppliers.
We cut and shape plastics to fit, and we can handle all sizes of orders from 1 piece and up.
